can my baby six months old have coconut water? if yes, how much?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 6 months old baby you should not give coconut water as of now. As baby has just started eating new solids. By age 7 to 8 months you can start with coconut water. Till then you can give banana, apple pureé etc
