#asktheexperts please advise what type of food/fruits we should avoid during cold n cough. my 6month baby having cold in regular basis from the month of two. Regularly she is taking cold medicine as per pediatrician advise, but no improvement. I started solid but I'm scared of giving fruits.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello! As your baby is already having some kind of discomfort, starting semi solids newly without consulting the doctor might not be a good idea. Better to check with your doctor wants to understand a proper treatment.
