#asktheexperts My sons is 1 year 1 month old now He refuse to eat anything which is coarsely grinded. He need everything to be finned gridded so that he could swallow easily. He doesn't chew Kindly suggest something to improve on this habbit.

A. Namaste Mom, It would be better if you could probably avoid grinding the food now, as soft foods are need from now on, it might take time, but eventually it is important to correct the habit from very start rather that getting it very late.

A. You have to give costly grind food if your child is eating that otherwise actually the correct way to give food to your child is the same way as you eat teach your child how to chew the food and that is how it is going to go ahead because that’s the correct pattern to be followed from the age of 10 to 11 one itself
