#AskTheExpert My daughter 9 months old has cold and cough. Whenever she gets a teeth she gets cold and cough . 2 weeks ago also she had cold and cough. Nasal congestion is so much that she cannot sleep. The doctor has given: Nasoclear drops and cetcip 2.5 ml at night for 5 days. What can i do to avoid cold always

I follow a simple remedy which is invested in our small electric diffuser which you can find easily on any e-commerce website apart from this add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in it and one camphor pod push start light it in the room your baby is in this will help in easy breathing and will keep your little one away from negativity and nasal congestion
