#asktheexpert my 8 month old baby is catching other's flu continuously from October. Due to dry spell and cold weather in Kashmir it's very common to have flu here. how can i protect him to catch others flu. also i want to know can i give him papaya or i should avoid till he gt cured...

Start with iron and multivitamin supplement and if you giving any external milk to the child other than formula Press then you can add a pinch of saffron turmeric and black pepper into the milk that you are given to the child that is also going to be helpful
