#AskTheExpert Mam my thyroid level was 6 at the time of 4.5 months of pregnancy after taking eltroxin 175mg on daily basis. please advise how much dose i should take to normalize thyroid. Thanks

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
