Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. you can make yourself comfortable and sleep in both the direction with precaution there is no problem further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

You sleep on your back you sleep on your left or your right that is totally your choice and comfort sleeping in either of the three position is completely based on the comfort it has got no connection with your child a lot of women have this kind of misconception but there is no true truth in this
