#asktheexpert I had c-section 2 months earlier but my belly is looking like 5 month pregnancy what can I do for reduce it,and also feeling pinching sensation inside my lower belly.

The pinching sensation will be there for a couple more months because you had a cesarean surgery, and during the process of the nerve endings will get exposed. As far as belly is concerned after six months post surgery start working out
