Hello ma’am I would advise you to start applying onion juice into your scalp keep it maximum for 30 minutes and wash it with a mild chemical free shampoo. Apart from that if you are having swelling into your shoulder due to any reason then it would be best to consult your doctor only for a checkup and medicine
