Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. you should avoid exertion and avoid fruits that are hot like papaya and dates khus khus you should keep yourself well hydrated and have fibrous food and home cooked food and easy to digest food and while sleeping you should take pillow under your legs so that it will be on higher position
