Q.

1. I'm in 29th week of pregnancy. my belly is very small. when the baby start grow in 3rd trimester. 2. Not getting proper sleep because of leg cramp. please suggest.

A. eat well. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
