Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. fruit to be avoid is papaya pineapple,.. as I was told during my pregnancy.. avoid oily spicy food.. keep your self well hydrated.. have healthy and balanced diet.. you can have a diet chart from the nutritionist for healthy pregnancy..
