Which syrup used for cold and need to relief plum for 11 months baby pls suggest syrup names and how much quantity we need to us

A. Wikoryl AF paediatric drops can be given to the child you can give 10 drops to your child and you can actually give it for 3 to 5 days it’s minimum of three days and maximum of five days yet the child has not feel better then you consult your doctor
