Q.

hai doctor, my son has been coughing for the last 4-5 days. I am using korikof syrup but no improvement. he is having plum could you suggest the best home remedy or syrup for plum and cough

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is ggiven. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frhequently to relieve thec symptoms.
