Virgin coconut oil and simple coconut oil mein kya difference hai??

normally the coconut oil is extracted frim dried Coconut I e. copra
But the Virgin one is extracted from the fresh coconut milk using cold press tecnic that retains it's all the nutritions
It's very soothing and antimicrobial.
