U can make both suji and oats Upma
Dry roast suji and Upma in a pan till slight aroma comes
In another pan heat little ghee add mustard seeds and let them crackle then add finely chopped onions roast for 5 mins and then add finely chopped vegetables like carrot, beans, peas, cabbage , cauliflower , tomato , cook them for 5 to 10 min or until they are soft then add roasted suji and oats little curd and water and cook it until it’s done
shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum for that first of all you need to roast the Suji properly and in the another saucepan take little amount of ghee you can add mustard seeds or cumin seeds in it let it get cracker and then add roasted Suji in it then add little amount of water let it get boiled you can add small chopped vegetables in it or if you want you can add vegetable puree to enhance the taste as well as the nutritional value let it cook properly till the time there is no raw Ness in it
