A. hi mam,yes it is common problem one get after pregnancy. here ,I would suggest some tips which surely help: Start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk. it is good pelvic floor exercise. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more avoid junk food items.
