Consulted gastroenterologist to know if your child is genuinely having an issue in the tummy because with what you are mentioning it could be associated with some tummy related issue also so once your doctor is going to examine the gastroenterologist an ultrasound would be good with which only they can give you a confirmation on the situation that is there
