AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes oats are good to give.. U can add pureed vegetables, dry fruits powder, milk etc in it to make it more nutritious food. Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for your family. Take care
