Q.
my son is 3 years 4 months old.he is still not talking..he says many words but when we says to tell then he doesn't repeat that words.he doesn't call us by name.he point out what he want.he follows many commands.why he does not says mammy.when he will call us by name.?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. needs proper evaluation neurologically for the baby bfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard

Maybe your child is still not sure about this things which is why this is happening and maybe you’re giving screen time today Chailey believe that’s my baby there’s a verbal delay Indhrudo speech of your child I would recommend you to have a check up with a Chai Specialist once
