my son had cold and cough on and off and not getting reduced and he had undergone surgery for adenoids and turbinoplasty 8 months back

A. Ma’am it could be associated with seasonal cold or cough and could be due to an allergic reaction also so you can consult your doctor again for proper medication and also can check with the doctor is giving nebulisation to the child and indirectly would be benefiting right now
