These are quite safe oils to use for babies. avoid massaging during cold weathers esle you can warm the oil store and use it in cold weathers. You may be give nuts to your little one. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, You can also add nuts to fruit bowl. Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs.
