So try not to worry, many children are simply late tethers, and the teeth usually come in their own time. If your baby still has no teeth after 18 months, you can consult paediatrician, who may refer you to a paediatric dentist if needed. Until then enjoy your little one’s adorable toothless smile and cherish the precious moments with a heart full of happiness.

My baby is 8 months old and has only one tooth so far, so I completely understand your concern. If your baby is otherwise healthy, there's usually no need to worry, but you can always consult your pediatrician for reassurance.
During the teething phase, you can choose a good-quality teether to help soothe your baby's gums. I personally use the Nesta Toys Beechwood Teether for my baby. It's safe, eco-friendly, has a soothing texture, and we've had a really good experience with it. You can give it a try. 😊

No no Maam it’s nothing like that it is that a lot of parents do not know that the child can have its first teeth between the age of three months to 17 months so there’s no delay practically I would just advise you to kindly wait patiently till the age of 17 and if it doesn’t happen then consult your dentist
