My child is 5 years 7 month old ,usko do teen vomiting Hui thi domstal dene k baad thik hogai but use bhook nhi lg rhi h theek se khana nhi kha rha . What to do please suggest. Domstal 5ml two times two days k liye di thi vomiting to one day m hi thik hogai thi . Kya domstal one day or deni chahiye to improve nausea . Please suggest.

A. dear mum , appetite wapas aane mein time lag sakta hai so give small frequent meals to child give easy to digest semi solid food include fluids , ors , soup , coconut water buttermilk
