Mam I don’t think so the food got stuck because of the food had gotten stuck the child would have vomited immediately so I think it was just because of over feeding the previous food was digested and then you gave milk after 90 minutes of your child threw up because of indigestion but in such situation nothing can be done the child has to be made vomit only that’s the only solution to it
