my child DOB is 24.12.2025 he takes very slow feed while taking feed he sleep and keep milk in his month please tell how to take care of this

A. dear mum , this is common among newborn baby as breastmilk has sleep inducing property gently awaken baby by tickling toes until baby regains birth wt u shd feed every 2 hrs
