my baby is of 1 year and is frequently suffering from fever again and again fever he is being too week last week he had fever ,severe rashes on whole body and was admitted to hospital for 2 days ..now he is having pimples on diaper area hands foot and face with fever ..and haemoglobin was 9.1 and in 3 days it been decreased to 8.5 why?

I hope it is not handful and mouth disease because with what symptoms you’re mentioning it is looking like that only and sometimes weight goes down because during any kind of an issue like this the appetite of the child is not proper they don’t eat or drink proper so that’s very natural for them to lose onto their weight like this it’s a very common thing with kids
