My baby is an year old... May I know when I can use refined oil for his food?

You Can use refined flour oil as of now also if you want to but if you do not mind I am we suggest you go ahead with cold pressed oil because refined also oils are chemical-based oils which are not healthy in the long run for any body if you go ahead with cold pressed oils that way to be much better than a little expensive but they are the best choice these days
