my baby 13 months can I use refined oil in her food

If you want to use oil you should use there is no problem but instead of refined oil if you have an option of going ahead with using a coldpressed oil I think that is going to be a much better option for you to use because refined oils are processed with chemicals which is not healthy for us in general
