Q.

My baby is 7 Month old and yet my periods haven't started . During my pregnancy , I had fibroids . Can someone please suggest

A. periods can bd late iff u r B R E A S T F E E D I N G YOU CAN JUST WAIT OR DO A P R E G NANCY TEST

Q. mam my baby is 6 months old...I had normal dilivery..but have developed two fibroids during my pregnancy and still have them,have also got PCOD now after my dilvery,also my thyroid has increased to 7......I got my regular periods after 15 days of my dilivery..but for last three months I have not got my periods....I have never ever in my life missed my periods before ....and I also have numness in my right hand ..please suggest some yoga or exercise for all dis...m not able to do difficult exercises and poses coz of my fibroids..
