my baby is 29 days old ,is sounding forcefully but no vomit,having cold is this a cause of concern or it's ok please help me with this one

A. This is a common behaviour of a child to vomit and sometimes feel like vomiting but doesn’t vomit but yes here the thing is if your child is suffering with cold you please take an assessment with the doctor so you can start giving the right medicine to the child in the right time
