my baby is 25 months old he is having circular red patchy area near his bumps and he is itching too much , I applied coconut oil aloe vera still he is itching it , please help

A. apply candid b cream over that red patch properly. After removing the diaper, don’t make your baby wear another diaper immediately. Allow his skin to breathe, let it be free for some time.
