my baby is 11 month old...but he is still not talking...not babbling...not waving

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Is a child responding to every thing else otherwise apart from what you are saying because speech can be better by the age of 2 to 3 years also but right now understanding I believe it’s going to be much more important
