My baby has got this types of rashes near his genital area what it could be. What should I apply to it. I'm applying coconut oil but what else should I apply?

A. apply b4nappy rash cream. Changing diapers as soon as it get full or in every 3 to 4 hours. cleaning the area with a gentle washcloth allowing diaper free time most of the part of day
