my baby has got cold since 4 days and now sputum full in chest.. I was giving her this syrup...suggest me any other syrup.

Sinarist you can give to the child thrice in a day with a gap of eight hours each if you want you can give it for minimum 3 to maximum five days I hope the medicine that you have mentioned has been prescribed by the doctor and if you haven’t visited the doctor yet you should
