my baby got 3.5 month vaccine but she has too much fever from 2 days . how many days after she normal?

A. dear mom. post vaccine fever usually lasts for 2-3 days. Give her pcm drops in 6 hours and keep a watch on her body temp. give her lots of breast feeding
