In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assesgsment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctofr so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Then maybe your child is either having its teeth or some infection that is why it is repeating every now and then further more you should get a stool test done once for your child that’s going to give you better clarity and accordingly you can go ahead with what your doctor advises you to
