my 6 month old has cold and nose block since birth, gave medicine but its not getting cured what to do?

Put nasal drops in the nose of your child along with that you can also give scheme to the child indirectly that is going to be quite helpful and still if the child isn’t getting better despite of it then consult your doctor again and check if you can start nebulising the child
