Q.
my 4 month old baby has dry, flaky and itchy scalp. Her hair are falling off with the dry scales. doctor advised to use selsun shampoo twice a week and coconut oil massage, yet there is very little improvement.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and in my opinion and experience please avoid to use selsun shampoo at this age as it is chemical based shampoo and not good for small babies. and also massage your baby with coconut or almond oil twice a day and use comb after 10 minutes. and baby loose hair in first six months.
