My 3 month old keep his fists clinched and does hold any toy. Is it a reason for concern?

Sometimes kids are extremely hungry or having too much of pain I really make a fish like that which is very common to be seen seen with the kids so I think that can be the reason for your child is making a fist all the time where you see any discomfort to the child
