my 26 month old baby is having fever. I gave him calpol 250 on the very first day when after 2nd dose i noticed the fever did not drop down so i gave ibugesic plus to him. now the fever is going down after every dose which i m giving to him aftr 8 hours. I hv given him 3 doses and of ibugesic plus, now how many more doses shd i give? and wen do i need to go see a doc? his symptoms are cold with runny nose at tyms, fever aftrr 8 hours of the dose and a few sneezes in a day. plz guide
