My 1yr and 10months toddler have caught cold .I am giving him allegra(fexofanidine HCL) twice .shall I continue the same syrup

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than two years of it since cold is a viral infection to treat this you can take any antihistaminic since fexofenadine is also a good antihistaminic and continue this
