Q.

Hello sir, Ayaan has caught cold. He has running nose and a little difficulty in breathing. I have given him maxtra p yesterday night. Shall i continue same and what dosage ?

A. it's cold so. if this is of concern to you then I would request you to take help of a nearby doctor around you and best would be to clear any doubt about this issue to be assured for now .
