yes , please encourage your child to do more physical activities
give cup of warm milk with one tsp of ghee daily before sleep time

give black raisins water on an empty stomach..it will relieve constipation.
pls include fibre rich foods, leafy veg, apples, pears, papaya etc and millets in the baby's diet. 
1 or 2 days without passing motion can be fine. If it continues for 3 or more days check with the pediatrician for any medicine.

P. S: pls deworm the baby if he/she is not yet dewormed for better apppetite and nutrients absorption.
