is using castor oil for massage very important? I m using Himalaya massage oil right from birth. but people say castor oil massage should not be missed

A. Nothing like that you can continue with Himalaya massage oil or use badam rogan from Hamdard for massage of the baby and be gentle while massaging the baby and use mild baby products
