my 14 day old kid ,developed acne in face, redness on neck n butt. on day 5 we used johnsons baby oil for body and face massage, it started that night now wecare using only parachute coconut oil what can i do?

A. is quite common in newborns. it will appear at two weeks and gradually subside by it's own by the age of two month. avoid the which u r using, keep feeding regularly.maintain hygein.
