meri bacchi 2.5months ki hai maine dabur lal oil use kiya tha body massage ke liye, usi ki allergy hui hai, please give me suggestions, photo attached

if your child has got allergy with the oil which you have used is better to stop it immediately and you can apply simple coconut oil to the child.
if allergy is more and causing much discomfort to the child it's better to consult with the pediatrician and take the proper treatment for the same
