Is mothers horlicks will continue after delivery. or any other best alternate?

After delivery you should have more of easy to Digest food and adequate water intake to maintain proper hydration as you are breastfeeding and most of your water content goes through it Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet

Yeah it is very good you can continue with that if you have been taking it during the time of pregnancy then you can continue taking the same powder as per your choice if you would want and further more if you want to change you can check with your doctor
