I'm using coconut oil for massage for my 3 months old bab. n I use Himalaya moisturizer for him. Still my baby has dry and rough skin. also he has small rough boils over some parts of body. why is this happening and what can be done ?

A. Implement a daily bathing and moisturizing routine to protect skin and lock in moisture.. use mild soaps that are fragrance free and with a neutral or low pH. try almond oil.
