I'm 29 weeks pregnant ( 3rd trimester). Can i east Sharda fruit? Any other fruit which I need to avoid?

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do some light exercise yoga regularly Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Stay hydrated Take ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
